CR Series - Ideally suited for cleanrooms
CONTAMINATION-FREE FILTER REMOVALThe filter cartridge already contains the extraction tube as well as an extendable protection tube. When the extraction tube is disconnected, the protection tube can be extended to cover the open disconnection point. It can then be sealed over the air inlet in order to provide for dust-proof shielding of the filter cartridge against the ambiance. The filter is removed after the plastic protection film has been sealed, thereby preventing any contamination. -> Simple and contamination-free filter change |

SYSTEM QUALIFICATION IN THE PRODUCTION AREAIn CR series devices, the filter cartridges is seated upon a so-called seal-seat testing frame. This frame renders possible to check the connection between filter cartridge and base housing for leak tightness (overpressure measurement). Additionally, the device can be equipped with either 2 or 4 measuring sensors under the filter cartridge, thereby allowing for particle measurement directly after the filter cartridge (qualification measurement). Likewise, particle measurement (surface scan) can be performed for the complete surface of the police filter (qualification measurement). -> Qualification measurement to ensure filter quality |

CLEANROOM CLASSES AND STANDARDIZATIONClean-rooms are nowadays defined by so-called clean-room classes. The respective classes are described by maximum admissible concentrations of airborne particles, germs or CFU (colony forming units) that must not be exceeded. By means of standardized measuring methods, it is possible to control these classes. This makes air quality a standardized size documenting the effects of measures to maintain air quality in production facilities. |

CR SERIES CERTIFIED DIN EN ISO 14644-1Compliance to the effective standard for cleanrooms and clean-room areas - DIN EN ISO 14644-1 - has been verified by CCI (Contamination Control Instruments) in Stuttgart, Germany.
