MECHANICAL OIL/EMULSION MIST COLLECTOR

Mechanical oil/emulsion mist collectors are significantly different to electrostatic concepts. They are equipped with saturation filters, which remove the oil and coolant lubricant droplets from the air in several filter stages. In all OEN series devices, the last filter stage is a particle filter of filter quality H13 (filtration efficiency 99.97% for particle diameter of 0.3µm). Afterwards, the cleaned air will be returned to the ambiance. For filtering hazardous gases or solvent vapours, the OEN devices can optionally be equipped with an activated carbon stage.

EASY REPLACEMENT OF FILTERS FROM THE FRONT SIDE

Filter replacement is done by simply removing the filter from the front side. This provides for easy and clean filter change without contaminating the ambiance.

EASY REMOVAL OF THE COLLECTED OIL

The collected oil will be stored in an oil collection container and can be removed wither via a drain valve or a collection container (OEN150).
