Overview

LN-Series LN-Series (high performance for small cross-sections and long intake pipes)

The LN series is characterized by its greater performance, as compared to the GL series. Hence, these machines are suitable for fume extraction through small cross-sections and long intake pipes as they can be found, for example, in a centralized arrangement of the fume extraction system; whereby (depending on the application) the air achieves a higher speed and will prevent the dust from settling in the pipe.
The machines can be adapted to various applications due to the flexible configuration of the filter modules.
They are suitable to filter, amongst others, tacky and damp dust that might be generated by soldering, laser machining or the work with solvents or adhesives.

LN-Series

GL-Series (quiet and energy-efficient)

The GreenLine series is designed to be especially energy-efficient and eco-friendly. It features a reduction of noise levels and is therefore particulary suitable for the use in quiet environments such as laboratories and offices.
The modular construction provides flexible filter configuration to suit a wide variety of applications.
The GL series is also suitable for the filtration of tacky and damp dust such as soldering fume, laser emissions, vapours generated by solvents or adhesives and many more.

GL-Series

CR-Serie Ideal for cleanrooms

The mobile exhaust and filtration unit series TBH-CR can be used to cover a wide variety of applications in cleanrooms and cleanroom areas. Due to their compact dimensions, the devices can unobstrusively and smoothly be integrated into any place of installation, serving either as mobile or stationary units. The CR-Series has a modular construction for easy contaminant-free change of filters and is Certified DIN EN ISO 14644-1 / EG-GMP guideline and confirmed by CCI – Contamination Control Instruments in Stuttgart, Germany.
The CR-Series features process qualification after the change of the filters as well as during the usage of the system.

FP-Series

The FP series is suitable for the extraction of dry dust. Equipped with a cleanable filter cartridge, they can handle a large quantity of dust and particulate matter. The filter cartridges may be cleaned quickly and easily by the use of compressed air. Therefore, they have a long life expectancy.
The FP series devices are designed to filter dust and particulate matter as it is generated, for example, in mechanical material processing such as milling, drilling, grinding or laser machining of materials that are neither oiled nor sticky.
By means of a precoating process, these devices might also be used to extract tacky and damp fumes. Please ask us for more information on this.

FP-Series

FPV-Series

The FPV series devices are designed for the mechanical pre-filtering of dust and particulate matter. They are connected ahead of other filtration devices to reduce filter costs. The easily cleanable filter cartridges provide the capacity to collect a wide range of particles from coarse to medium to fine particulate matter. The extracted dust is stored in a collection basis which provides for the easy and clean disposal of the filtered pollutants.
Accordingly, the FPV series is suitable for sites of operation where a large amount of dry dust is produced. We would like to advise you on the extraction of damp and tacky dust my means of a precoating process.

FPV-Series

OEN-Series

The OEN series is optimized for the filtration of oil emulsion mist and vapours generated during eroding processes. The consecutive filter stage configuration provides for the mechanical filtration of oil and emulsion mist. Making use of the optional activated carbon stage, the air can also be cleaned from odours and gaseous pollutants.
The filtered oil is collected in a basin, hence it can be easily removed from the device for disposal.

Small Systems Compair S / ChipCollector

The CompairS is a small, compact and inexpensive device designed to filter damp and sticky pollutants as they are generated by soldering or the work with solvents or adhesives. Gaseous pollutants can be extracted from the air due to the equipment configuration with activated carbon. The standard version of the CompairS is equipped with a brush motor suitable for short-term usage, whereas the CompairSD features a brushless motor making it suitable for continuous operation.

The ChipCollector is a small inexpensive device designed for the extraction of coarse, dry particles. The cleanable bag filter reliably filters for example chipping that might be generated by milling, drilling or grinding. The ChipCollector is suitable for continuous operation.
